  Mrs. MERVE BALIN, partner of the firm, was born in Bursa in 1978. After she graduated from Izmir American Collegiate Institute, she attended   Dokuz Eylul University Law Faculty where she took a licence degree in Law. She is a member of the Izmir Bar Association.

  After completing her career as an in-house lawyer and legal represantative at ESBAŞ Aegean Free Zone Development and Operating Co.   (2002-2009), she has started to give legal services to international and domestic firms at BALIN & BALIN law Office.

  Mrs. Merve Balin speaks English and Italian, as well as Turkish. She also provides certified translator, court reporter and notary services.

  Mrs. Merve Balin is also a board member of KALDER-Izmir Branch (Turkish Society for Quality).

  Mr. ONER BALIN, manager of BALİN & BALİN Law Firm of which he is the founder, was born in in Iğdır in 1976. He has started his career in   2001.

  After completing his high school education in Iğdır, he gratuated from Dokuz Eylül University Law Faculty in 2000. He is a member of the Izmir   Bar Association.

  Mr. ÖNER BALİN gives mediation services as being one of the mediators of Ministry of Justice with the registration number 169.

  Beyond general consultancy and legal corporate consulting, Mr. Öner Balin is specialized in Commercial Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law,   and Family Law.

   Av. Melis SONGUN was born in İzmir, in 1994.

   After she graduated from Selcuk IMKB Anadolu High School with first class honours degree, she attended Istanbul University, Faculty of Law, where she took her license degree in law.

    She is a member of the Izmir Bar Association with license number 13738.
